Lease / rent

Fill out the contract and sent this to the landlord, either by mail or via. e-mail.
If the contract is not received by the landlord within 7 days of initial agreement, the house can be subleased. The contract is finally applicable upon receipt of payment-rate 1, corresponding to 25% of the agreed rental for the given period.

The rent is payable through 2 installments. Rate 1: 25% of the agreed rent. – Rate 2: 75% of the agreed rent. Rate 1 is transferred to the landlord’s bank account within 4 days of confirmed booking. Rate 2 is transferred to the landlord’s bank account within 40 days start of the rental period, or simultaneously with the payment by installment number 1. If payment terms are not met, the lease can be canceled, since non-payment is considered as a breach of contract. The tenant will in any case be tried before any notice of such happening.


Other settlement

• Electric bill – paid DKK. 3.10 / kW. Water not settled.

• Cleaning settled at DKK. 950

• Deposit on arrival DKK. 4.000

• Key is handed over on arrival.

• Lost keys are replaced with DKK. 1,100 for installing the new lock in the house.

• The house is left tidy, damaged things are replaced.

Cancellation of reservation

First installment payment will be lost. If you have paid the second installment payment when you cancel your holiday, you get second rate back.

Cancel your reservation later than 4 weeks before rental start, you will only get second rate refunded, if we manage to rent the house to second hand party.



Cleaning is compulsory at DKK 950 Paid the supplier supervisor at the beginning of the stay as part of the deposit. The house is left prepared for cleaning. Waste and dishwashing is not a gerrting left by the tenant.

Dog & Cat

Basically, pets are not welcome in the ‘Mile House’. But send a query.


Number of guests

Only sleep 8 people in the house, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the landlord. Violations may result in immediate expulsion, without refund of rent.
